CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?

  • We want you looking your best, so it is not a problem if you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or style, as long as the item is in a resalable condition ( still has tags, unwashed, unworn ).
  • If you decide that you would prefer a full refund, this can also be arranged.
  • For Australian orders we offer free and easy returns.
  • For International orders we accept returns, however at this time we do not cover return shipping costs.

WHAT TO DO

  • Email returns@venroy.com.au with the details of your order including order # and style / colour / size of your purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return, and If applicable, indicate the style, colour & size of your desired replacement item.
  • For Australian orders, once we receive your email we will supply a prepaid return shipping label for free and easy returns.
  • For International orders, at this time we do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Place items you wish to return into a package or envelope and send to the returns address listed below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Venroy is not responsible for lost shipments.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY

  • We ensure strict quality controls however if you receive an item that is faulty, we apologise. We will replace your item free of charge - As long as the garment hasn’t been misused and the care instructions have been followed. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Please email us at returns@venroy.com.au
